This is an architectural design of a 30*60 west-facing house plan 2 portion 2 bhk and 1 bhk which is intended for a property measuring 30 feet by 60 feet, facing towards west and has a layout ranging from G+3 floors.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor begins with a parking space measuring 29’ x 12’7”, which allows for optimal usability. The staircase located at the southeast corner of the floor, leads to upper levels, has maximized convenience with layout. Then, the main entrance, located at the northeast corner facing north leads into a living hall which is 11’2” x 13’6” very spacious hall towards the northeast part assists in fostering camaraderie. C & A bathroom which is 7’ x 5’ is adjacent to C living hall. The southeast part is devoted to an open kitchen with the measurements of 11’2” x 8” that affords smooth traffic in and out cooked meals. A bedroom measuring 11’2” x 10’6” is South facing located at the south direction. In addition, two office rooms, each measuring 11’2” x 20’ are located at northwest and southwest facing which are ideal for work or other purposes.

First Floor:

Upon getting to the first floor, the balcony measures 28’9” x 9’10” is visible and serves as an open area at the front, gives a perfect view and relaxation spot. The floor is divided into two distinct portions in order to provide functionality while maintaining privacy.

First Portion:

In the first portion, which begins with the main entrance at the northeastern corner facing North, contains achiving hall on the northeast side measuring 11’ x 14’10” which allows interaction along with some deep relaxation, which can acomplished alone or in social gatherings. Alongside it, there’s a combined C & A bathroom measuring 4' x 6'. The southeast section contains an open kitchen spanning 6'1" x 11'2" and the south section contains a bedroom measuring 11'2" x 8'4" with plains that are cozy retreat.

Second Portion:

The second part commences with a main entrance to the northeast that faces northeast. This relates to the second living hall located in the northeastern corner measuring 11'2" x 14'. The open kitchen is located at the southeast corner measuring 10’6” x 6’8” next to the open storeroom measuring 4’ x 3’1” which provides enough space for all of the required fittings. There is also a common bathroom measuring 4' x 6' that is available. The southwest section contains a master bedroom measuring 11'2“ x 12'6” and the northwest section has a second bedroom of the same dimensions.

Second Floor:

The layout and structure of the second floor is a mirror of the first floor and preserves design harmony and simplifies navigation.

Terrace Floor:

As for the terrace open floor, it has a balcony open terrace of size 28' x 59'6". This region is suitable for open air sports, resting, and appreciate the beauty of nature.
