This horizontal residential building occupies a site measuring 30' × 60' with G+3 floors. The ground floor has a 2' × 3' utility space, a vacant area for bicycles, gardening, and other activities. The staircase, located in the nw corner, moves south to north, with the main door at the southwest corner. The first floor contains a drawing room (11' × 7'), a dining hall (11' × 15'9″) with an adjacent common bathroom (5'8" × 6'8"), a living hall in the Northwest (11'8" × 13'9") and an open kitchen in the southeast (10'5" × 12') with a utility space in the northeast (11'10" × 3'8"). The bedroom in the northwest is 11'5" × 12'6" while the second bedroom in the northeast has dimensions 11'10" × 12'11" with an attached bathroom of 7'11" × 4'9". The ground floor total area is 1800 sq ft.

 

The first floor has an area of 24′ × 57′6″ = 1380 sq ft and is reached by stairs located on the northern side of the house. An 11′4″ × 11′9″ central passage leads to the main door located on the southwest side which is set in a drawing room (11′ × 7′), a dining hall (11′ × 15′9″), a common bathroom (5′8″ × 6′8″), and a living hall (11′8″ × 13′9″) situated to the southwest. This floor replicates all other floors. The layout also features the two bedrooms. One is situated in the West part of the house (11′5″ × 12′6″) while the other is located in the Northeast side (11′10″ × 12′11″) and comes with an attached bathroom (7′11″ × 4′9″). The open kitchen is located in the Southeast (10′5″ × 12″) and shares the utility room in the Northeast (11′10″ × 3′8″).

 

The second floor similarly features an area of 1380 sq ft and retains the same layout as the first floor. Northerly access to the stair leads to a passage at the southwest cutting across to the north west region which contains the drawing room (11’ × 7’), dining area (11’ × 15’9’’), common bathroom (5’8’’ × 6’8’’), and living hall (11’8’’ × 13’9’’). Bed room configurations remain unchanged with a north west room (11’5’’ × 12’6’’) and an attached northeast bedroom (11’10’’ × 12’11’’) with an en suite bath (7’11’’ × 4’9’’). The kitchen and the utility room still occupy the southeast and northeast corners, respectively.

 

In the end, the third floor opens to the extensive terrace area that is also accessible through the staircase located at the north side. The covered terrace measures 22’8’’ × 49’7’’ serving as a zone for rest and gardening, as well as passive relaxation, and is fitted with generous widow and ventilation ducts assuring air circulation and sunlight throughout the upper levels.
