The designed living space on the ground floor of the West Facing 2BHK Residential Building, which is 30′ x 60′ and has a G+3 floor configuration, combines comfort, functionality, and ample movement spaces. The 1800 sqft ground floor also includes a small utility compartment about 1'7" in height with space for bicycle storage and a garden. The West Facing 2BHK residential building also features a staircase located on the southwest side of the building which is turned to the east when going up the floors. There is a southwest entrance which is the main one and it opens into the sitting room which is 24'11'' x 9'8''. A utility room 14'7'' x 7'8'' is attached to the southeast Open kitchen 9'7'' x 8'1''. There is also a Northeast bedroom which is somewhat on the larger side and it comes with an attached bathroom 9'4'' x 5'11''. The parking space is also quite large measuring at 29'1'' x 28'5''.
The first floor begins with a lounge area measuring 8’ x 5’4”. This lies adjacent to the staircase that is located to the west of the structure. The main entrance door still faces southwest, opening into a large living room that is 17’10” x 20’4”. A pooja room measuring 6’1” x 6’1” sits in the northeast next to the open kitchen which is 9’7” x 11’7”. The dining/living area comes with a balcony measuring 14’7” x 6’2”. The bedroom to the northwest comes with an attached bathroom measuring 15’5” x 11’10” which is 6’1” x 8’10” along with a private balcony 15’2” x 5’11”. The other northeast bedroom 14’2” x 15’9” also features an ensuite bathroom (9’3” x 5’11”).
The second floor is a mirror image of the first floor retaining the same layout and dimension. This provides flexibility for multi-family use or rental accommodations. The same placement of rooms along with the same amenities increases ease of duplication and uniformity on the structure.
The third floor acts as a terrace level that hosts an ample open terrace measuring 24’4” x 44’9” that is designated for leisure, gardening, and social gatherings.
