This is a 3D south facing house plan, it is a G+3 residential complex. This house has a construction area of 60*30 (facing south). The ground floor is 1800 sqft which has a parking unit measuring 29 x 25’6” which is also a garden. The staircase towards the top in the northwest area is going is going to be running on the East West decor. So forward of the staircases there will be a passage so that is going to be measuring around 16’11” x 6’7”. The living area is roughly southeast from the open kitchen the dimensions are also provided further. Moving Northwest there is a bedroom, the dimensions are also provided: 11’1” x 10’2”. This bedroom has an attached bath of 7’4” x 3’11”. The southwest bedroom also has a similar bathtub resized to those measurements so the dimensions are going to be 11’1” x 12’2”.
