The building is designed as a G+3 mixed-use residential and commercial building. It is an East-facing house measuring 30′ × 60′. The ground floor has an area of 1800 sq ft and has designated for parking space of size 29' × 59' for bicycles. The rest of the floor is used for retail purposes, together with the staircase at the north that goes upwards towards east-north-east. There is also a bike parking spot on the ground floor. The main entrance on the north east opens into a living hall located in the south, common bathroom in the northwest side and two cupboard bedrooms (one’s an en-suite). The southeast portion has an open kitchen which leads to dining hall. Alongside there is a utility area for cleaning and laundry purposes. A lift has been installed in the parking area in the north east corner enabling easy access to the upper floors.

 

The floor is the same as the first, but the area is also built to 1276.5 sq ft and it is the first one to have a balcony. The southern firsrt-floor living hall has a size of 12′8″ × 26′, with the accompanying bathroom located to the north west. To the West of the hall are two bedrroms, one located to the northwest with a bathroom and one to the southeast. Another room on this floor is the common shark toilet. This floor is also equipped with a kitchen positioned to the northeast and a dining hall loacted to a couple of minute’s walk and in the southeast. All rooms do get some natural ligting and have windows ensuring adeqaute ventilation.

 

As the first floor, the second has the same layout set on the same area of 1276.5 sq ft. The first part of the second floor contains a passage and a living hall, this time on the southern side, which also is featured on the first floor. The rest of the bedrooms with shared bathroom, have open kitchen and dining space are all inexplicably placed together on the same side similarly to the first floor. Extending accomadation spaces on both levels for comfort are well thought out to be used by a family living in modern times wanting to maximize the convenience from available area.

 

Lastly, the third level boasts an open terrace (22'8" × 49'4") which is perfect for leisure activities like sitting, gardening, and resting. A laundry room is located in the southwest part and the terrace is crafted with adequate vents and windows to ensure proper light and airflow. The lift continues to allow access for all users on every level which makes the design functional and efficient whether for family use or business.
