This east facing G + 3 residential building, developed at a 30 foot by 60 foot area, is created with natural sunlight, wind, and function in mind on four floors. On the first floor, the developed space is 1800 sq ft, consists of a parking space 29′4″ × 19′3″ at the front next to a small garden towards the southeast. A staircase located at the southeast corner of the building goes up towards the north. On the eastern side of the building, the main door leads into a living hall which is quite large and is located in the northeast part, its dimension is 14'3" x 16'9". There’s a bedroom towards the northwest part, which is 10'7" x 17' in dimensions along with a bathroom that is 5′8″ x 6′8″ ensuite. The second bedroom sits in southwest, comprises 11'10" x 12'11" coupling an ensuite 7′11″ x 4′9″ bathroom. SE situated open kitchen is 7’11” x 13’8”, while the utility location preferred for laundry and washing is in the SW side 11’10” x 6’3”.

 

Like the rest of the building, the first floor is reached via a staircase on the south side of the building. This floor contains a built-up area of 1380 sq ft (24′ × 57′6″). There is a corridor measuring (13′ × 5′9) leading to the main door to the northeast. The door opens into a drawing room (11′ × 7′7′') with the living hall to the northeast (10′4″ × 17′5″). It also has a common bathroom located in the southwest, measuring 7'11" × 4'9". There is a bedroom on the northwest side, with measurements of 10'4'' × 17'' which has an attached bathroom measuring 5'8" × 6'8''. Another bedroom to the south occupies a space of 12' × 13'10'', and the third southwest bedroom is 11'10" x 12'11''. The kitchen on this floor is open in layout, accompanied by a utility room in the southwest (11′10″ × 3′7″). The kitchen is in the southeast corner and measures 11′2″ × 12′6″.

 

Like the first floor, the second floor has the same dimensions and layout with a corresponding area of 1380 sq ft. After going up the stairs coming from the south side, a 13′ × 5′9″ corridor leads to the main northeast entrance and opens into southwest drawing room (11′ × 7′7″), living hall (10′4″ × 17′5″) and the common bathroom (7′11″ × 4′9″). Northwest bedroom (10′4″ × 17′) comes with an en suite bath (5′8″ × 6′8″), southwest bedroom (11′10″ × 12′11″), and southern bedroom (12′ × 13′10″) comprise the rest of private quarters. A southeast kitchen (11′2″ × 12′6″) and utility room (11′10″ × 3′7″) provide needed service areas.

 

Cleary, the third floor also 1380 sq ft opens up into an unrestricted terrace that can be reached from the southern staircase. This terrace is for leisure garden relaxation and occupies the space measuring 22′8″ × 49′7″. It is supplied with plenty of ventilation shafts, windows and light ingress points to ensure open air and sunlight is available throughout the upper level.
