Marking its hand at the top left corner, this is a 30x60 feet duplex residential building plan showcasing a G+2 floor design. This is a 4-bedroom north-facing house meticulously crafted for aesthetics and function to accommodate a medium or large family. The ground floor layout kicks off with a utility space of approximately 1’6”, 2’, and 2’7” in length, followed by a parking area sized 29’2” x 20’9” capable of housing bikes or cars.
