This is a 3 Bedroom Duplex Design for a 30’ x 60’ (southeast facing) G+3 floors.
Ground Floor:
This floor accommodates parking space of about 13’8” x 23’ which allows for the optimal allocation of space for vehicles. Also on the ground floor is garden space adjacent to the parking area which boosts the aesthetic value of the dwelling. The main entrance of the property is in the bottom right corner of the layout, facing east.
