This is a detailed architectural plan for a residential building containing 3BHK + 1BHK (bedrooms, hall, and kitchen) units. It utilizes a G+3 (Ground plus Three) storey configuration, rising on a 30 feet by 60 feet plot facing the north. The combination of residential and leisure spaces has been done with creativity as well as practical thinking.

 

The ground floor covering area has been designed for 1800 sqft and includes a utility space (1’6” to 1’11”), bike parking area (29’ by 35’4”), and dedicated garden space. The stairway has also been designed in the northeast side and turns at an east facing direction. Main entrance is located in the North west side of the building, and opens up to a hall of dimensions (16’7” * 9’3”). An additional common bathroom (6’11” * 4’) also exists. A” and “ы” also turns in. Soft goods storerooms are с 6 10’ с 4 and 11. The open kitchen is in the south enthroner where one bedroom is south tribe.

 

Starting with a passage (14'7'' x 17'5'') cut off by a staircase coming from the west, the main door enters into the northeast while the first floor (1419.04 sqft or 25'4'' x 56'') is a living hall (19'4'' x 11'3'') including a puja ghr (5' x 4'3'') in the eastern side of it. There are three bedrooms on the floor, each with an ensuite. Southwest bedroom (12’8” x 15’6”, bath 6’10” x 4’), Northwest bedroom (16’5” x 10’3”, bath 4’ x 6’3”), another southwest bedroom (12’7” x 13’6”, bath 4’ x 7’7’’). Southeast has dining hall (11’4” x 5’10’’) with open kitchen (11’4” x 10’1’’) and an off-set utility space (10’11” x 3’6’’) for laundry and general house cleaning.

 

Second floor is a mirror layout of the first floor and has the same sqft area of 1419.04 sqft. A living hall (19’4” x 11’3"), puja room (5’ x 4’3’’), three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a dining area, and an open kitchen with a utility space. Stairs for access on the west and main door is still the same northeastern part of the house.

 

The third floor, which is leisure space as well, is 1419.04 sqft. An open terrace (24' x 55'8") functions as a space for sitting, resting, gardening, or other recreational uses. Similar to the lower floors, this floor also has utility rooms and staircase access from the west. Windows and ventilation openings are strategically located to provide sufficient light and air circulation within the building.

 

This layout divides a space into various zones that can be aesthetically appealing while maintaining comfort and efficient use of space which makes the design ideal for multi-generational occupants or a combined rental-residential setup.
