The 3BHK+1BHK combination layout resides in a G+3 floor plan that fits onto a 30’ by 60’ North Facing plot. Last is the second southwest bedroom of dimension 12’4” x 13’5, with a bathroom adjoining it measuring 4’ x 7’7”. SE dining hall is 11’3” x 13’ and adjacent to it is the open kitchen 7’5” x 11” .
The dimensions and layout of second floor remains the same as the first (1419.04 square feet). This includes the same living hall,pooja room, 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, along with a kitchen and dining area in the south east. The entrance remains to the north east, the internal arrangement follows the operational symmetry of first floor.
The third floor's comprise the same built-up area measuring 1419.04 square feet, however, instead of rooms, there is an open terrace measuring 24' x 55'6”. This space will be used for recreational activities like sitting, resting and gardening. This terrace is equipped with windows and ventilation shafts which guarantee sufficient illumination and air, assuring that this part of the house is refreshing and pleasant.
