This is a G+3 building for residential use with a dimension of 30’X60’ and is apartmented to suit a multi-family or rental setup layout. A dedicated staircase allows access from the ground to 3rd floor. The stairs start from parking area on the ground floor. From the ground floor of the building there is allocated shed for bikes and car of size 1’ x 1’9”. In addition there is a purpose built small garden which adds aesthetic value to the building. The staircase that runs from the northwest to the southeast, the main door to the building is located at the top of the yard.
