This is a G+3 building for residential use with a dimension of 30’X60’ and is apartmented to suit a multi-family or rental setup layout. A dedicated staircase allows access from the ground to 3rd floor. The stairs start from parking area on the ground floor. From the ground floor of the building there is allocated shed for bikes and car of size 1’ x 1’9”. In addition there is a purpose built small garden which adds aesthetic value to the building. The staircase that runs from the northwest to the southeast, the main door to the building is located at the top of the yard. Upon entering the unit, there is residing towards north-east direction with an open kitchen adjacent 7’9” x 8’ facing area on the South-East direction. With a utility closet measuring of 5’7” x 8’ attached. There is a fairly large bedroom in the southwest corner which measures 12’6’ by 17’6’ that comes with a 7’8’ x 4’10’ washroom attached. Lastly the dimensions of the living room will be 11’1’ x 13’6” which is adjacent to other parts of the house and gets unobstructed fresh air and broad sunlight flooding.

 

Starting from ground level, there is a south-facing unit and a north-facing unit on the upper floor. The sulthermost unit has a stair located at the southwest, which leads to the front desk reception area (8.3 m × 5.5 m) with a small waiting room (3.3 m × 5.8 m) that is south facing (the south part have rooms circling around it). In this position the area (15’×29’=435’F^2) gets merged with a temple space. The big space gets split into two areas— the dining are (8.3 m × 5.5 m) eye can also say that includes a rest space (3.3 m × 5.8 m). The rest of the dining area kids zone will also included driving radius in addition to merging kids zone (4 and younger). These merging Activities accommodate the construction setup where need with twim across zone rest spaces.

 

The configuration and dimensions for the second floor remain the same as the first floor, which is 25′ × 57′, or 1,425 square feet. When you walk up the stairs from the east, you come across the same 3’2” by 10’6” passageway that leads to two different units. The south-facing unit contains the main door located at the southwest corner. This door opens up to a living room measuring 11’1” by 13’6” with a kitchen on its southeast side measuring 7’9” by 8’. There is also a utility room measuring 5’7” by 8’, and a bedroom in the southwest measuring 12’6” by 17’6”. This also comes with an attached bath measuring 7’8” by 4’10”. Again, the North facing unit starts at the entrance located on the northwest. There is a living area on the southeast measuring 11’1” by 15’6”, a combined restroom measuring 6’11” by 4’11” then a kitchen located on the Southwest side measuring 8’4” by 9’1”. Utility space here measures 8’ by 5’ and there are two well proportioned bedrooms, Northwest (12’4” by 12’5”) and Northeast (11’1” by 12’5”).

 

The third floor contains the same layout measuring 25′ × 57′ which also includes a headroom part (3′2′ × 10′6′) leading to a large open terrace facing southwest which is 23′11′ × 56′5′. This part is perfect for leisure activities such as gardening, sitting, or resting and is complemented by a common bathroom measuring 7′8′ × 5′ which adds to the usefulness of this space. The whole structure is facilitated with the best placement of ventilation points and windows on all floors with every level receiving the required air, light, and circulation. Various measures of utility areas around the building which range from 1 foot to 2 feet 6 inches creates space for storage, cleaning, and maintenance.
