The east facing house plan 35 * 55 of the Residential building is 35’x 55’ feet and facing in East direction. This is duplex plan With G+3 floor and Here Ground floor includes around 2’7” and 2’11” length of utility and parking area for car standing and gardening with stairs in southeast direction which moves along north south direction and here door placed east direction then living hall, open kitchen and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 3’6”,3’ and 1’4”length and after passing through south stairs we see balcony for gardening and outside view and here main door placed in east direction then living hall, dining hall with south staircase which moves along north south direction and pooja room in middle of stairs, kitchen and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

The second floor comprises an area for utilities of approximately 3’6” by 3’ and 1’4” in length. After climbing the stairs from the south, we view an unobstructed space for movement in front of the stairs, a middle-of-the-stair sky view, a mini theater for watching movies, study room with an attached balcony for gardening and viewing the outside, as well as 2 bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms. The third floor comprises an area for utilities of approximately 3’6” by 3’ and 1’4” in length. After climbing the stairs toward the north of the building, we also have head room in front of the stairs, all purpose room which serves as storage space, laundry and so on, en-suite bathroom and terrace which further enables leisure sitting or resting and gardening activity and windows and ventilation openings were placed to ensure proper light and air. Living hall NE 16.2x12.6, dining hall N 16’8 x 12’10 having stairs beside South that moves up , pooja room dimensions 3’ x 3’ rest of kitchen was on south placed, Open kitchen at 9'11 x 13' SE, bedroom SW 13'1” x 15'1" with attached bathroom 8' x 4'5", NW bedroom 13’x 15’1 with attached bathroom 7’8”x4’.

Area on second floor measures 28' by 50'8", equaling 1419.04 square feet. To the south of the building, a staircase leads up to the free space measuring 17'8" x 12'8". There is a mini theatre in the northeast measuring 13'8" x 20'5". A study room in the southeast measuring 12'8" x 12'6" has an attached balcony in the east measuring 27'1" x 7'10". Southwest, we have a bedroom that measures 13' x 15'1" and has an attached bathroom measuring 7'11" x 4'5".

A northwest facing bedroom measuring 13' 1'' x 15' 1'' and an attached besch size 8' x 4'5'' is given in this house plan, which faces East. The plan is for a house sized 35*55.

Third floor

The total area measuring 28' x 50'8'' gives us: 1419.04sqft Total constructed size on the 3rd floor: After passing through stairs from the north, we see head room measuring 5'10'' x 12'8''. The all-purpose room in the southwest corner measures 13' x 15'1'' and has an attached bathroom measuring 7'8'' x 4'', in addition to an Open Terrace measuring 26'6'' x 49'2''.
