east-facing 30' x 50' plot, designed for rental purposes while adhering to Vastu principles

These activities are within the means of the eastern facing 30’ by 50’ plot of land, built with the purpose of being rented out, while still focusing on Vastu specifications. It has a triple-storey structure and has been designed for comfortable and luxurious living with effortless cross ventilation and spacious interiors. Each level has a B and 2 2BHK portions, starting from the ground with parking. Additional features like utility spaces, a pooja room, and a storeroom have also been added to aid convenience.


The floor includes a 2BHK unit, one of two planned for renting, positioned together with a designated space for vehicle parking 11’ 1” by 15’ wide. The living room has been customized and features the following dimensions: 16’ 2” x 14’ 2”. There is also an openly placed modular kitchen which has a store room as well measuring 4 feet by 3 feet 4 inches. The total area of the kitchen is 10 feet 6 inch by 8 feet 5 inch. Facing the open kitchen is the hall, which serves as the dining room. There is also a place reserved for the washing machine. With access from the kitchen, a utility room measuring 4 feet by 10 feet is provided. The size of the main bedroom is 12 feet by 12 feet 1 inch and the second smaller one is 12 feet by 12 inches. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a washroom that is located directly in front of the room door and is 8 feet by 4 feet.

To maintain adequate ventilation, a setback of 1’6’’ is observed on all three sides of the house. The eastern side of the building has the door and follows Vastu architecture.

 

First Floor:

The upper level of the house accommodates another 2BHK rental unit that also contains a balcony, utility area, dining area, Pooja unit, and a store room. The dimensions of the balcony are 6'2" x 17'5", which makes it spacious. There is a broad living area with dimensions 8'11" x 23'. A Pooja room measuring 4' x 4' 6'' had to be included along with a store room to accommodate general stowage. The best place for a modular kitchen would be next to the open dining hall, which sits right in the front of that room. The utility area dimensioned at 4' x 10' gives adequate space for washing dishes and a refrigerator.

Equal measurements of 12’ x 12’ are allocated for the master bedroom and the second bedroom which comes with an attached toilet of 4’ x 8’ for each separate but equal essential privacy and convenience.

 

Second Floor:

This floor has the same layout and measurement as the first floor with an identical 2BHK rental unit.

 

Terrace Floor:

On the terrace floor, there is a store room with dimensions 8' 11" x 4' 8". Also set aside is a dress area. There is also an Open terrace which measures 46' 6" x 24' 4" which can be used for various outdoor activities and recreation.

The design of this rental house ensures that there is enough luxurious living space that is well ventilated while abiding Vastu principles. This house is designed with modern facilities, storage areas, and allocated workspaces which makes it a perfect target for rental investments.
