The first floor includes utility area around 2’ and 2’6” length and after passing through stairs from west direction we see family hall for family moments in front of stairs, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom and balcony for gardening and outside view, study room and exercise room for exercise like work out with attached balcony for gardening and outside view.Chamber 2 comprises both the utility spaces of 2’6” and 2’, which can be accessed through the stairs in the west direction, as well as the head room in front of the stairs containing 1 common bathroom, while open terrace is made available for leisure activities such as sitting, resting or gardening. A Pergola is provided for shaded shelter design and a mini home theater with a view of the garden is also added for watching movies.
