The ‘3BHK House Plan’ contains the floor plan of a duplex house with ‘30x50 feet’ dimensions in the ‘East’ direction. It is situated in a residential area and has three floors - ground floor plus two. On the ‘Ground’ floor there is an utility space containing area 2’3” plus parking widgets(to R/S) and space to garden in. Along with these there is passage measuring 09 feet in front of House plan which is the foremost feature of the house boasting a soaring 9 foot living room. Follows the same route from the west stairway to the family hall in southeast with dimensions 12’ x 15’5”, and balcony in the southeast measuring 14’11” x 6’5” and another in northeast 11’8” x 14’10.” Also, the study room is towards the north measuring 11’7” x 8.’ For this three bedroom house plan of 30 * 50, the bedroom at northwest with attached bathroom toward southwest sized 4’3” x 7’3,” is also provided.

Second floor

Buil up area for second floor: 25’ x 38’3” = 956.25sqft. As stated before, for fully enclosed stair the head room is at 11’11” x 7’10”.
