The main door is placed in northeast and then living hall followed by stairs in southwest which moves along north south direction. There is 1 common bathroom, 1 bedroom with attached dressing room and bathroom, open kitchen and an utility area for washing and cleaning. First floor have utility area of around 2', 2' 10” and 3’ 3” length. On the floor above, after passing through stairs on south direction, there is family hall for family moments in front of stairs with balcony for garden and outside view consisting of 1 common bathroom, 1 bedroom with attached dressing room, then another bedroom with attached bathroom.

The second floor comprises a utility area measuring 2’, 2’10”, and 3’3” in length. There is a common bathroom in the northwest measuring 5’10” x 7’. The southwest has a bedroom which measures 15’2” x 15’6” with an attached dressing and bathroom northwest measuring 6’6” x 15’5” and 5’9” x 7’11” respectively. On the southeast side, there is a 16’10” x 17’ bedroom with an attached bathroom sized 4’9” x 7’6” set in this 35x55 east facing house plans.
