The south direction of the Residential building is 35’x55’, which is a duplex plan with G+2 floor. The Ground floor has an approx 2’1” and 3’8” length utility area and an area for bike or car as well as gardening and parking. The main door is southwest, after which the living hall, dining hall, and stairs (moving south west with an east to west rotation) is located in the south west direction. The stairs move along the east to west direction, open kitchen with attached utility area for laundry and cleaning, and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms completes the ground floor. The first floor has utility area around 2' 6" and 3’8” length and west-placed stairs leads to the landing, which contains open sky view for nice view. The free space for movement includes an utility for laundry and cleaning, study room with terrace for gardening and viewing outside, and 2 bedrooms with attached baths. The rotating west stairs leads to the second floor with head room and open terrace for rest, sitting, and gardening. Windows and ventilation for light and air are supplied. First floor buildup area: 28’10” x 50’ = 1441.5sqft Upon encountering the stairs from the terse parts to the west, one immediately sees the void space in the east dimension 11’4” x 10’9” with utility 6’11” x 10’9” as well as unobstructed vertical sight south west 12’7” x 12’4” study room southeast 14'5'' x 12'1'' with south balcony 27'3'' x 8'11'' and northwest bedroom 12'7'' x 13'11'' with ensuite bathroom 8'1'' x 5'2''.

En suite situated in northeast 14’3” x 15′ room with accessible size 8’4” x 4’3” restroom is provided in this 35 x 55 south facing house plan.

 

Second Floor

The area of the second floor is configured at 28’10” and 50' resulting in 1441.5sqft.

Alcove measurements situated on the Southwestern portion contains a store room measuring 5'3" by 10'1", an open terrace measuring 27’4” x 48’4” as well as a head room measuring 6’1” x 6’3”.
