This is 35 x 55 north face house plan of The Residential building size is 35’x 55’ feet and it is facing in North direction. This is plan With G+3 floor and Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ and 3’ 1" length and also includes parking area for bike standing and gardening with stairs in northwest direction which moves in east west direction. Main door is placed in northwest, then living hall, open kitchen, utility for laundry and cleaning, 1 common bathroom and 1 bedroom. on first floor, utility area around 3’, 3’6”, 1’6” length and after passing through stairs in west direction you see through a passage entrance to door. Main door is placed in north, then living hall, then dining hall with pooja room, 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning, 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom.

The 2nd floor includes utility space of approximately 3’6” by 3’ and 1’6”. There is a staircase on the western side and upon climbing the stairs, there is a foyer with a door to the east. The door opens in the northern direction and the then leads to the living hall, dining hall with a separate pooja room, one common bathroom, and an open kitchen with a utility area for laundry and cleaning. In addition, there are two more bedrooms with one containing an attached bathroom. There is also a boxed area with the dimensions of 3’ by 2’8” and 3’6” by 1’6”. The terrace is accessible via stairs from the southern side and acts as a leisure area to sit, rest, and even garden. In addition the terrace contains a store room for other unlabeled ‘stuff’ In addition there are provided ventilation systems and windows to ensure air and light are able to get in. The ground floor starts with a parking area measuring 33'6 x 30'9, followed by stairs in the northwest direction (down) but moves towards east (up) staircase. The main door is positioned towards the north side and opens into living hall measuring 18'8 x 10'3, which has an southeast open kitchen - dimensions are 14'4 x 9'11. The common bathroom is on the northwest side of the house measuring 8'2 x 4'3 and utility at the northwest side measuring 8'2 x 4'4. The final room is bedroom that comes in southwest position which is 12'5 x 11'2.

1st floor

there is also a bedroom measuring 12'4 x 11' with adjacent bathroom measuring 7'2 x 4'4.

The 2nd floor comes with a south bathing room measuring 8'1 x 3'10.
