The first floor is composed of an utility area of approximately 2', 2'2" and 2'4" in area and the space is also accessible by stairs located on the west side of the building and leads to a passage area that serves as an entrance with the main door positioned on the northeast side. Once inside, there are a drawing room and living hall with 1 common bathroom, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, 1 standalone bedroom, dining hall, and an open-plan kitchen with a utility room for washing and cleansing.
