This is a Residential Building with a size of 35 x 50 duplex house plans (5 bedrooms). This is a duplex plan with G+2 floors and the building faces North. The ground floor has an area designated as a utility area with a length of 2’6” and a width of 4’3” with a passage both in the east and west direction. There is also an area where bikes or cars can be parked, as well as a space set aside for gardening. The main door opens to the Living Hall which has stairs in the west which leads to the first floor and the other floors going up along the east-west direction.
