The house plan of the Residential building with size 35’x 50’ feet. This is plan With G+3 floor. Ground floor consists of utility area of around 2’10” x 2’ and bike standing as well as a gardening area that allows for easy access to the bike parking area and also the stairs, located in the southeast section, goes along the east west axis. The main door is positioned towards the east, which allows easy access to the living hall, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and utility for laundry and cleaning. The first floor also has an utility area of around 2’6” x 3’. After passing the stairs coming from west direction, there’s a balcony for gardening and outside view. The main door is positioned towards the East. There’s a living hall, open kitchen with attached a utility for laundry and cleaning and 2 dining halls. There are also two bedroom with attached bathrooms and 2 utility for laundry and cleaning.

The second floor has utility space of about 2’ 6” and 3’ in length, and after climbing the stairs from the west there is a balcony for gardening and the outer view. The balcony faces east, and the main door sits on the east side overlooking the living hall, open kitchen with satellite utility for cleaning and laundry, dining hall, and two other bedrooms each with attached bathrooms, along with utility for cleaning and laundry. On the third floor, there is utility space of about 2’ 6” and 3’ in length. After climbing the stairs from west, there is an open terrace for leisure activities such as sitting, resting, and gardening. For proper illumination and ventilation, windows and air vents are available. Now I come to the measurements and detailing in feet and inches of building plan foot and inch detailing.

First floor buildup area: 30’ x 44’ = 1320 sqft Now moving on to the second floor, inset size of the second floor is 30’ x 44’ = 1320 sqft As we move up the first flight of stairs, directly in front of us we can see a balcony, measuring 28’3” X 5’11” with the main door located on the eastern counter, living hall on the Zenith measuring 13’8” x 14’4”. Also located towards the southeast is the open kitchen which is slightly smaller than the living hall, measuring 13’6” x 9’10” and it has an adjoining Utility measuring 8’10” x 10’1”. Also located in the north east quarter is dining hull measuring 8’4” x 7’5”. In the south west part we have the bedroom (facing in the 10’11” direction) which measures 13’6” along with an attached bathroom measuring 7’3” x 5’2”. In the northwest is the other bedroom measured at 13’8” back to back with the 10 feet 11 inches facing side and an attached bathroom measuring 8’1” x 5’3” scrubbed by and 11’4” x 5’3” utility.
