In the first design of the 2bhk east facing Residential building, its dimensions of 35x55 feet (35 55) are marked to indicate this structure is plan G+3 building. Furthermore, the ground floor has designated a bike parking area for standing and space for a garden which is accompanied with stairs in the northwestern corner of the building that moves along the east-west direction. The lift that has been constructed is located in the northeastern section of the parking area. The first floor has an additional floor of construction with an enclosing wall as residence periphery termed as utility area of dimensions 2’1” and 2’6” as well. On the east side, there is an entrance to a door via a passage area of stairway from west. Alongside the stairs is a lift construction that has been positioned in the northeast forecourt and main door is situated in a transverse region from northeast. Following this, there is living hall, study room for studying, dining hall with balcony for gardening and outside view, pooja room, 2 bedroom with attached bathrooms and open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning.

The utility region on the second story has approximate dimensions of 2'1" x 2'6". Upon ascending the stairs from the west direction, we encounter a passage area that leads to a door with a lift positioned at the northeast corner of the passage. The main entrance to the unit is situated at the northeast portion. The living hall, which is accompanied by a study room reserved for quiet reading, is relayed with a dining hall that contains a balcony for gardening and a view to the outside. There is also a pooja room and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. The bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms, and the kitchen, which is not closed off, can also be referred to as an open kitchen. The kitchen has an adjoining utility area designed for laundry and cleaning tasks. The third story also has a utility area with similar dimensions of approximately 2’1” length and 2’6” breadth. After climbing the stairs from the west side, the northeast section of the floor hosts a door that opens into a balcony providing an outdoor view; with the balcony there is also an open terrace designated for leisure activities such as resting or gardening. This area is equipped with a laundry station meant for washing clothes, as well as proper windows and vents for light and air circulation. Descending the stairs from the west leads us to the first salon measuring 6’9” x 9’5” which has a lift located in the northeast section of the salon measuring 6’1” x 5’7”. The main entrance faces north, and the living room is located to the south measuring 10’11” x 15’5. To the study room, which is in the northwest corner measuring 8’6” x 5’7”, while in the northeast there is the dining hall measuring 10’11” x 10’1” with a balcony 17’9” x 5’4” , along with a pooja room of size 6’7” x 5’2.” The bedroom in southwest faces 12’10” x 16’8” has an attached bathroom measuring 7’10” x 3’11.” The bedroom in northwest size 10’8’ x 10’7’ received an attached bathroom measuring 4’3” x 6’1".
