The described building has dimensions of feet 35 x 50 and consists of 3 storeys(duplex G+2). The living space includes a utility room of approximately 2.3 or 2.6 feet, parking space for a motorcycle or car, as well as an area designated for gardening. The main entrance is in the northeast direction and the dining hall lies to the southeast, with an accompanying staircase which runs from north to south. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, together with an open plan kitchen featuring an adjoining utility space for washing and cleaning, are also included in the structure.\

The first floor should actually be the second in my opinion as it's the best area of the home full of useful functional spaces.

To start off my leftover second floor free space will measure roughly at 14’4” by 8’1”, instead of leaving this blank if time permits I am planning on turning this into a work focused area. Secondly we have the big terrace which measures at 29’6” by 29’1” which gives ample room to have garden furniture and allows for social gatherings. Thirdly there’s the basement, which consists of my favorite bedroom for relaxing, measuring in at 11’9” by 19’7” with a private bathroom. I never liked \kitchens on another level, they feel detached from other parts of the house. Last but not least we have the kitchen in the southeast region, open which happens to measure at 11’9” by 14’2” with the addition of a utility space of measurement 4’4” x 13’3”. Moving on to the upper side of the first floor, the big open area with big windows to let ample amount of lighting inside is the corner known for its windows. It measures 8’4” in width and would be 13’3” in height giving a spectacular view of the lower parts of the home. Conclusively on the ground level we have the secondary bedroom for guests, again the attached bath of 8’4” along with the remaining two are leased out alongside 16’5” x 14’6” serves low amounts of accessible storage to work with. Overall size of the floor adds up to 1350 square feet.

Claiming this house for self is true luxury in my opinion as I tend to enjoy privacy with loved ones, coming features give my guests Wooow factor.

Ground Floor

Last but lot least is the elegant entrance or the ground floor with the First optimal location for entertaining guests as it contains all of them. Kicking off with the predefined space of parking area, measuring 14’4” is x 16’9”, from the northeast the door to the southeast will be leading directly inside to which serves as a beautiful entrance. The living area is now a bit less arrogant at 12'4" x 13'11". and operates with the direction of the South-East with the the walkthrough stair case, opens in the upward direction turning them Case opens in the north area the last bedroom is with the bathtub .Lastly the Second Floor with the 35’ x 50’ built up areas giving me a lavish 1750 square foot. Approaching from the southern stairs, we have a view of the headroom measuring 8’1” x 14’4” and the open terrace located to the west measuring 21’2” x 16’8.” There is also a laundry area to the southwest measuring 7’1” x 4’5”.
