The first floor features a living hall measuring 12’8” x 11’3”, bedroom towards the southeast (size 14’6” x 11’9”), northwest bedroom 12’8” x 10’3” with attached bathroom 7’11” x 4’3” and balcony in the west measuring 27’8” x 4’1”. Southwest bedroom 14’6” x 10’3” with West attached balcony measuring 27’8” x 4’1” and open kitchen in Southeast measuring 10’4” x 9’8” and common bathroom located in the southwest measuring 4’4” x 6’11”.

South of the living hall is the main door placed at the northeast direction, therefore the size of the living hall will be 12’8” × 11’3” and to the south east will be the first bedroom which has the size of 14’6” × 11’9”, Northwest second bedroom has 12’8” × 10’3” dimension and attached bathroom 7’11” × 4’3”. Also west balcony will be 27’8” × 4’1”. In the same western balcony, southwest third bedroom will be 14’6” × 10’3” .
