The dimension of the Residential building is 35’x 50’ feet, and it is facing North direction. This is with G+3 floors. Here the ground floor is inclusive of two utility areas of around 2’6” and 3’ in length and a parking area for bike standing and gardening, Around space with stairs at the north west side which moves south side to the north east bang faced towards East and West direction. The main door of the building in the north section is facing the living hall, I have added 2 bedrooms, with attached bathrooms and open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning and 1 common bathroom. The first floor inclusive of utility around 3’5”, 3’4”, and 2’6” length on the other side and after passing through stairs, this passage area allow to the door, I'm placing the main door for my first floor in North where it opens to living hall with pooja room, attached bathroom and open kitchen with utility for laundry and cleaning and common bathroom

The dimensions of the utility area on the second floor are approximately 3’5” by 3’4” and 2’6”. Upon descending the stairs from the west, we encounter a passage area leading to the door. The main door is located to the north. Following this is the living hall, which is adjoined by a pooja room. The dwelling has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with an ensuite bathroom, and there is an open kitchen with an attached utility area designated for laundry and cleaning. Additionally, there is a common bathroom. The third floor includes utility area around 3’5”, 3’4” and 2’6” length and after passing through stairs from west direction and then a fully open terrace for leisure activities including sitting, resting and gardening. This space has been designed with proper ventilation and windows to allow an adequate amount of light and air. The area of the ground floor is 35 feet by 50 feet which is equal to1750 square feet, thus the ground floor area built up will be 1750 square feet. It is a 35 by 50 feet house plan north facing the ground floor has a parking area of size 20’ 9” x 16’ with staircase in the north-west direction and later moves towards east (up) and the main door is placed on the north then living hall size 16’ 4” x 13’ 2”, southwest bedroom size 10’ 1” x 11’ 1” with attached bathroom 6'6" x 4'4", northwest bedroom size 10'1 x 13'2 with attached bathroom 9'10 x 4'10 and southeast open kitchen size 16'4 x 11'4 with attached utility 10'2x7 and south facing common bathroom size 5'8 x 4'3.

First floor

First floor buildup area: 28'3 x 49'6 = 1389.3sqft. Following the staircase from the west side, we notice a passage measuring 17’2” x 6’8” which contains the primary entrance located at the northeast part of the structure. Next in order is the living hall measuring 16’8” x 18’9” with pooja room located in northeast part measuring 5’ x 4’9”. The first on the southeast side is bedroom 1 measuring 10’1” x 11’1” with attached bathroom measuring 6’6” x 4’4”. The second northwest bedroom is still 10’1” x 13’2” with attached bathroom measuring 10’1” x 4’10” The last is open Kitchen at the southeast corner which is 16’4” x 11’4” with utility room 10’2” x 4’4”. There is also common bathroom on the south side measuring 5’8” x 4’4”.

Second Floor
