The first floor comprises utility area around 2' 7", 2' 6" and 3' in length and upon traversing from the eastern side, the stairs lead us to the family hall situated right in front of the staircase, intended for familial gatherings, that features an open ceiling for stunning vistas, study room for studying complete with an overlooking balcony, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and 1 with a balcony, plastered for gardening and reconnaissance of outside surroundings.
