The residential building is structured in a duplex manner, measuring 35 feet by 50 feet with a G+2 layout. The utility area on the ground floor occupies approximately 1’8” x 2’ and features a designated parking section for bikes or cars shielded by a pergola. There is a primary entrance located to the north which leads into the living hall. The living hall accommodates a stair case that descends in an east-west axis. The ground level also contains two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a kitchenette that comes with a laundry utility area. The first floor has the rest of the utilities including a balcony measuring approximately 2’2” extending to a family hall. The family hall is positioned directly at the top of the southbound staircase from the west. This location provides a perfect view for family gatherings as well as gardening. There are three additional bedrooms on this floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. The top of the stairs features unobstructed views of the front of the building plan, boasting a spacious seven feet of free area. The second elevation includes a utility space measuring 2' 2 " in length with headroom before the stairs coming from the east, with an Open terrace on top used for leisure activities like Sitting, Resting, Gardening, Also there is 7' of vacant space in font of building plan where we provided adequate ventilation and proper lighting with windows. Ground Floor
First Floor: 35’ x 50’ = 1750sqft . This 35 * 50 duplex house plan which ground floor comprises parking area measuring 16’11” x 20’3” with pergola in northwest 7’ x 13’3” side, where main door is located at north side of the house opens up towards the Living Hall in Northeast measuring 13’7” x 14’2” with staircase in the West side moving up Eastwards (up) to the upper floor, Southwest bedroom measuring 15’11” x 9’7” with attached bathroom measuring 7’6” x 5’1”, Northwest upper floor bedroom measuring 11’ x 11’7” with attached bathroom measuring 6’10” x 5’ and open Kitchen at Southeast side measuring 12’10” x 11’11” with attached utility measuring 13' x 3’5.
First floor
First floor priduction area 30’8” x 40’10” = 1252.6 sqft. Viewing from the west, one can approach the stairs and notice on the northeast side is the family hall measuring 13’7” x 13’7” with a balcony measuring 18’ x 10’1” and a Southeast bedroom measuring 12’11” x 9’7” with an ensuite bathroom with dimensions 8’1” x 5”. Lastly, on the southwest side we have another bedroom measuring 15’11” x 9’7” with an attached bathroom measuring 7’6” x 5’1”. This 35 * 50 duplex house plan includes the bedroom in northwest with an area of 11’ x 15’1” and an ensuite measuring 6’10” x 5’.
Second floor
The total build-up area for the second floor is 30’8” x 41’6” = 1273.2sqft. Once again viewing from west and moving east, one can easily see the vertical stairs starting with headroom measuring 5’9” x 6’8” which leads to the left open terrace measuring 29’5” x 40’ with the store room measuring 10’7” x 5’9” situated to the left of the headroom.
