The building plan includes 30x50 3BHK, where 3BHK denotes three bedrooms with attached bathroom, as the Residential structure oriented towards the West is measured 30’x 50’ feet. This building is duplex planned with G+2 floor, i.e. Ground plus two floors. The ground floor consists of the utility space of dimension 2’2” and 2’6” in length, 2’ wide and parking space utilized separately for bike or car standing with 6’ length of passage in front of house plan and here main entrance positioned in northwest direction opens to living hall and dining hall along with stairs placed in northeast direction with respect to the ground floor. The stairs leads to other floors in west east direction, and pooja room, 1 common bathroom, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom and open kitchen with attached utility space for laundry and cleaning.
