The plan for the residential building is duplex and facing towards west measuring 30' x 55' and is west facing. It incorporates G+2 floors. Ground floor covers utility area of 1’6” and 2’6” in length with provision for bicycle or car parking. A pergola for shade has also been provided in front of the house. The main door faces towards the northwest direction. Subsequently, on the north side of the house, living hall and dining hall is supplemented by stairs having a southward movement. A pooja room is supplemented alongside a bedroom, and another master bedroom with attached bathroom. An open kitchen is also provided with a utility for laundry and cleaning. On the first floor, the utility space is around 2' and 3' in length with 9’ in passage length at the front side of the house. Moreover, After one ay passes through the stair from the southside, family hall for family moments is for sitting in front of the stairs along with used utility for laundry and cleaning and balcony for garden and outside view . 2 bedrooms are available with ensuite bathrooms along with study room.

The second story features a utility space about 2’ and 3’ in length with a 9’ long passage in front of house plan whowing the staircase on the south side then reveals a headroom space at the base of the stairs which has an open terrace overhead that can be used for activities like sitting resting or gardening, and in this area we provided ventilation and windows for appropriate illumination and airflow.
