Dimensions of the duplex plan an overview alongside a description of functionality of the suggested design is North facing 30 x 55 house plan, which is a Residential building of 30’x 55’ feet. The duplex plan comprises of four levels, which are Ground Floor plus two upper levels. The Ground Floor also comprises of utility area of approximate dimensions 1'8" x 1'6”, parking provisions for automobiles, bicycle riders as well as gardening space. The main entrance is situated to the northeast of the structure. The main entrance leads into the Living Hall. The Stairs are located in the Western Direction of the Living Hall that is in east west direction. Dining Hall, Pooja Room, open kitchen with auxiliary utility area for Laundary and Cleaning, along with common bathroom. There are also two more bedrooms with one being attached bathroom. The First floor’s utility area comes with approximate dimnesions of 2’, 1’6” and 2’6”. The work Room is equipped with large Balcony that allows gardening and outside looking. Open terrace is set aside for leisure activities such as Sitting, Resting and Gardening. One bedroom with attached bathroom is also included. Moving on to startof with First set of utility area measuring approximate 2’, 1’6” and 2’6”. Accessible using stairs located in the west direction, premises consists of Open terrace which is set aside for leisure for sitting, resting and gardening exquisite views is also provided.
