The 30 by 50 feet Residential building house plan facing toward North direction located to the side north position is 30’x 50’ feet and here is plan With G+3 floor, ground floor comprises of utility area around 2’ – 2’6” length and parking space for bike standing as well as gardening area which is fenced off with stair case in northwest direction of ground floor which moves in east west direction, main door at north is leading towards living hall, while to its side there is 1 bedroom as well as 1 common bathroom. Kithcen is open and has an auxiliary space for utility purposes of cleaning and laundry. First floor is also including utility area around 2’ and 2’6” length and also after passing through stairs from west direction there is hollow portion, which leads further towards small passage area decorated with entrance to door with main door located at northeast direction. The floor outline contains a south-facing pooja room, a foyer and dining area served by a unified living room. There are one and one remaining bedrooms with attached bathrooms. In addition an open style kitchen with optional space for an area designated for washing also.

On the second floor, we have a utility area of approximately 2' and 2'6" in length. In this square house plan of 30x50 feet, the ground floor comprises of a parking area measuring 28’6” by 28’1” with stairs positioned towards the northwest and progressing east (up) towards the main door. Living hall is placed 11’7” X 15’8” with a common bathroom 7'3" X 5'6” and a bedroom in southwest direction 11’6” x 11'9”. Lastly, the open kitchen in the southeast of the house is measures 11’10” x 7’10” and has an attached utility of 4'6" x 3'10”.

First Floor

First floor buildup area: 25' x 48' = 1200 sqft. After moving up the stairs from the west, there is a corridor measuring 14’1” x 6’8” where the living room is located with the main door opened towards the northeast. Furthermore, pooja is on the east side mimicking measuring 4’8” x4’9” and in the southwest corner is the dining hall measuring 12’9” x 11’9”. There are also two bedrooms one in each corner, one in northwest measuring 11’6” x 15’2” and the other in the southwest side 11’6” x 11’9”. Lastly there is also a bathroom attached that measures 7'3" x 5'9" next to the open kitchen in the southeast 11'9" x 11'8", with an attached utility 11’7” x 4’2”.

Second Floor

Second floor buildup area: 25' x 48' = 1200 sqft. After passing through stairs from the west, we see a pooja room measuring 4’8” x 4’9”, along with a living hall sized 11’7” x 15’8”, common bathroom in the western part sized 7’3” x 5’6” and a centrally located dining hall sized 12’9” x 11’9” at the center of the house plan. There are also two bedrooms, one in the northwest measuring 11’6” x 15’2” and the other in the southwest 11’6” x 11’9” with an ensuite bathroom sized 7’3” x 5’9”. The open kitchen located in the southeast, also features a utility room sized 11’7” x 4’2” attached to it, and is 11’9” x 11’8” in size.

Third Floor

Area of the house on the third floor: 25’ x 48’ = 1200sqft. Moving in from the stairs on the west side leads us to an uncovered terrace measuring 23’6” x 46’11” that also includes a southwest laundry space sized 7’3” x 4’11” in this 30x50 squarefoot house plan.
