The house plans of the Residential building facing North direction with size is 35’x 50’ feet and this is duplex plan with G+2 floor and Here Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ and 2’6” in length and parking area for bike or car standing with 5’ length of passage in front of house plan and here main door placed in northeast then living hall with stairs in west direction moves along east west direction with 1 common bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom and Open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning. First floor is the family hall for family moments in front of stairs with open terrace for leisure activity such as sitting, resting and gardening located infront and 1 common bathroom 1 bedroom with attached bathroom and study room lies behind. First floor also comes with utility area around 2’ and 2’6” in length.

The second story includes features such as the utility space measuring approximately 2 feet 6 inches, the headroom visible as you ascend the stairs from the west direction, a common bathroom, a small home cinema for viewing movies in family and an open terrace also used for leisure activities such as sitting, resting, as well as gardening, with a distinguished pergola for shaded and sheltered design. Upon ascending the stairs located at the west side, we encounter a family hall positioned in the southeast measuring 20'8" x 18'5", an open terrace in the northern portion measuring 28'11" x 15'10", a common bathroom to the northwest measuring 7'9" x 5'10", and a study room to the southeast measuring 13'10" x 9'8".
