Stairs in the northwest guide easterly- western pathways & the main entrance si placed in the north, opening to the hall(es) encasing 1 garage, 1 bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. Moving upstairs to the second level, additional utility bocks of 2’ and 2’6” are visible, with access bay windows. The main entrance shifts to northeast allowing easy access to the welcoming lounge with storage, combined toilets & baths, dining area, bedroom with ensuite, and additional bedroom. Opened kitchen is adjacent to the pooja shrine.

The utility space of the second floor also includes a dimension of approximately 2’ and 2’6”. After passing through the stairs from the west direction, we see the balcony for gardening and getting an outside view which is enhanced by the entrance door on the northeast quadrant where the main door is located. Here the living hall along with a storeroom and one common bathroom are placed. Followed is the dining hall, one bedroom with attached bathroom and another bedroom. The kitchen is arranged in an open concept style together with a pooja room. The third floor also has a utility area of around 2’ and 2’6” length and after climbing the stairs from the west direction, we see the balcony for gardening and view and the open terrace for leisure activities such as sitting, resting and gardening. Separately there is a laundry area for cleaning clothes which is well ventilated and windowed for proper light and air circulation. Ground Floor Ground floor buildup area: 30’ x 50’ = 1500 sqft(Unit 2)• The layout of the north-facing house measuring 30 x 50 includes a parking space on the ground floor measuring 28’6” x 21’8”. The parking area has stairs that ascend toward the east, with the first plate of the stair to the northwest. The living room is located to the right of the entrance measuring 15’10” x 9’9” and has a southeast facing common bathroom measuring 7’3” x 5’10”. The first bedroom located towards southwest is 11’6” x 11’9” while the open kitchen area is on the southeast and measures 11’7” x 8’.

First Floor

The area of the first floor is calculated as 25’ x 48’ = 1200sqft. Accessing xhen a staircase comming from the west leads to a balcony sized 14’1” x 6’8”. The balcony has access from the eastern part of the balcony which is northeast. The living room measures 11’7” x 15’8” with a storeroom on the eastern wall measuring 4’2” x 4’3”. Common bathroom of measurement 7’3” x 5’6” is beside the storeroom. Dining hall centrally located has the bench sized to 12’9” x 11’9”. First Bedroom 11’6” is located on the Northwest facing wall and second bedroom measuring 11’6” x 11’9” lies towards the southwest side of the house, has attached bathroom sized 7’3” x 5’9” is attached. To the southeast side of the second floor is an open kitchen measuring 11’11” x 12’3” while a pooja room is located alongside it measuring 4’2” x 3’8”.
