The duplex residential building plan k 3bhk on the 30 50 site locates the building facing north. Furthermore, the size of the building is 30’x 50’ feet. This duplex design consists of ground plus two floors (G+2). The configurable ground floor contains an approximate utility area of two feet as well as a garden. The rest area in front of the building measures 7 feet 2 inches in length, while, the main door is positioned in the northeast hence the living hall, dinning hall with stairs oriented in the south western direction that moves towards east west is situated southwest.
