The Ground floor consists of utility area marked 2’ and 2’3” in length With an additional parking space for bikes or cars on the left hand side as well as passage for gardening measuring 5’ carved out of the building plan. Preceding the building there is space where the main door sits to the northeast where the drawing room is located adjacently to the east followed by living hall of the house with stairs in the west direction leading down to an open staircase with common western oriented situated at the center between the floors. First floor hosts utility area of approximate measurements 2’ by 2’6” activated for cleaning upon exit at the left side of the stairs and opens up to the living hall dedicated for family moments located just below the staircase and to the right. This section features balconies outfitted for gardening and overlooks the garden below. Accompanied by western common positioned bathrooms accessible to the study room, two individually concepted bedrooms with dedicated private rest rooms.Terrace and stair access at the west side of the second floor utility area of around 2' and 2' 6" length gives us headroom at the front. For leisure activities, open terrace is also available, sitting and resting can be done in a pergola as well as garden and laundry for cleansing.
