The construction of the 30′ × 50′ rent based building begins on an east-facing plot. The building encompasses a Pooja room, utility area, and storage room. The setbacks of 1′6″ to the back and right side, as well as 2′ to the left, ensure that ventilation is not an issue. The Vastu compliant construction maintained comfort while ensuring space was not compromised. Each floor consists of a 2BHK house equipped with attach washrooms designed as hostel units for ease of access. A total of three houses with three floors in total were built.

The measurements of the parking space on the ground level is 11′1″ × 15′, which also has ample unused area. The living hall has the dimensions of 16′ and 17′8″, while an open modular kitchen is provided with a higher area of 10′6″ × 17′. The dining hall also has unoccupied dedicated surface area which leads to the utility servicing area measuring 4′ × 12′9″. In the utility servicing area, there is a shared washroom measuring 5′9″ × 4′. There are also two other bedrooms built in the house, the first one measuring 13' x 12'1″ and the second at 12′ × 6′. The master bedroom has an attached washroom which is also measured at 8′ × 4′, while the second bedroom has an attached washroom measured at 5′ × 3'6″. Also to make the house Vastu compliant, a Puja room was built in.

An additional 2BHK unit will come with the second floor with an empty premise just like it’s first. The rest of the units are situated on the ground floors, which feature a spacious open terrace measuring 24’9’’ by 40’’8’’. On the terrace’s other side if a storage room measuring 4’2’’ by 8’ , offering ample room for all your storage needs. There are also several slots and drawers positioned around the terrace for ease of access in case any handy devices are needed.

Moving to the first floor of the house, it contains a 2 BHK house which has its main entrance facing the East. The entrance door is situated on a passage approximately measuring 16’5’’ by 18’4’’. As for the living room, it measures approximately 16’ by 17’8’’. There is also direct access to a kitchenette convertible into a dining room measuring 10’6’’ by17’ and a storage closet measuring 4’ by 3’4’’. The dining room is next to the utility room measuring 4” by 12’9’’. There is also a shared bathroom measuring 5’9’’ by 4’’, located next to the washing machine in the utility room. Both bedrooms are equipped with the following veritable measurement size: the master bedroom 13’ by 12’1’’ and the other bedroom having a smaller size of 12’ by 6. Both bedrooms come with attached private bathrooms, 1 measuring 8’ by 4’’ for the master, and the other is a more compacting option measuring 5’ by 3’6’’. Vastu features such as a Puja room are included where changes can later be done according to the occupants preference.
