With an accompanying Pooja room, utility area and storeroom, this 30’x50’ east-facing plot is constructed for rental purposes. Ventilation is not an issue, since a setback area of 1’6” is provided at the back and right side, and 2’ on the left side of the plot. The construction follows Vastu principles and ensures comfort and spacious living. Each floor accommodates a 2BHK house with attached washrooms, configured with a hostel-like design for ease of access. There are a total of three floors, with one house per floor.

An expansive parking region of 11′1″ × 15′ is located on the ground floor. The dimensions of the living hall are 16′ × 17′8″. It includes an open modular kitchen measuring 10′6″ × 17′. There is a storeroom, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, that measures 4′ × 3′4″. The dining hall has access to the utility area which is 4′ × 12′9″. A common toilet has also been provided in the utility area measuring 5′9″ × 4′. There are two bedrooms in this house. First bedroom is of 13′ × 12′1″ dimension and the second bedroom is 12′ × 6′. Master bedroom has an attached washroom of 8′ × 4′ while the second bedroom has an attached washroom of 5′ × 3′6″. In addition, this house is compliant with Vastu because a Puja room has been provided.

The floor plan housed on the first level features a spacious 2BHK residence with an eastern entry. An Approach measuring 16′5″ × 18′4″ leads directly to the entrance and a living hall measuring 16′ × 17′8″ is included. A modular open kitchen measuring 10′6″ x 17′ is directly linked to a storeroom of 4′x3′4”. Dining hall is attached to the utility area 4′×12′9″. There is a common toilet for the use of all members measuring 5′9″ x 4′ located in the Utility area. There are a total of two bedrooms. The First one measures 13’ x 12’1″ while the second bedroom is 12′ x 6′. The master bedroom has an attached washroom of 8’ x 4’ while the other bedroom washroom is 5’ x 3’6″. A puja room is also provided with the house as per Vastu.

The lower level remains unchanged, it is a larger 2BHK house. The third floor houses an expansive open terrace space measuring 24′9″ x 40′8 . There is also a terrace storage measuring 4’2” x 8’ and additional slots and drawers on the terrace for extra storage convenience.
