The house spans a 30′ × 50′ square Vastu plot, facing East, crafted specifically for rentals. On the ground level, there’s a modest parking space flanked by two rental units: one 1BHK and 2BHK. This arrangement is duplicated on the first level, which features an additional 1BHK and 2BHK unit. The staircase located at the end of the plot affords privacy. The second floor is identical in design and layout to the first. The staircase leads to a storeroom and a large open terrace. The unit is spacious enough to offer comfortable rental amenities. Since there are setback areas of 2′ on one side and 3′ at the back of the house, there are no challenges with ventilation.

There are two residences on the ground floor. The first one is a 1BHK, and a parking space measuring 14’8’’ × 8’8’’ is allocated. The front door of the house opens towards the north cardinal direction and has a clearance of 3′ in front of it. The space-living hall is very generous measuring 11’ × 14’6’’ and the house is equipped with a semi open modular kitchen configuration of 8’8’’ x 7’5”. Customary House also offers puja unis of measurement 2'6'' x 2'6''. A bathroom that is accessible to all (common) nearby the kitchenette has dimensions of 7'5'' x 4' while the bedroom size is a comfortable 11'8'' x 10'.

The ground floor has a second unit which is a 2BHK with its front facing the North direction. It's also angling in that sharp corner. The bedroom is 11′8′ × 10′ and has an attached balcony.

The other 2BHK unit on the first floor with a north facing main door. The living hall is slightly smaller than that of the first unit measuring 11’ × 10′5″. An open modular kitchen is provided, but the exact dimensions are unclear. Also there is a common washroom next to the kitchen.

The First second Floor layout is a copy of the first Floor. The terace level have big ost window shady terace is Block with storage room. The terace area 26’6″ x 40′5″ is practically designed for hanging laundry with the added bonus od storage 8’8 x 5’7 resulte in a lot of free floor space.
