The 3D Residential Building plan “3 BHK” is 30’x 55’ feet in size, facing towards the North direction. This is a duplex plan with G+2 floors. The ground floor consists of utility space that is 2’ and 1’ 6’’ in length, parking for bike/car and bathroom garden. The main door is placed in the Northeast direction leading into the living hall that joins with the dining hall. The stairs (W to E—or E to W, depending on how you see it) leads to an open kitchen, a common bathroom, one common bedroom, and the other bedroom has an attached bathroom. The first floor consists of utility space that is 2’ and 2’6’’ in length, and 7’ free space at the front (toward the plan) after stairs on the west side; there’s free space for walking in front of the stairs. An open terrace invites leisure such as sitting/resting and gardening activities. Work room have balcony for gardening and outside view; also provided is one more bedroom with attached bathroom. Latter are the stairs; open terrace, leisure area, for sitting, resting while gardening. We provided proper ventilation, windows for proper light, and fresh air. The area coverage of the building in the ground floor is: 30’ x 55’ = 1650sqft.
