Upon ascending the staircases coming from the south direction, the balcony measuring 15’8” x 7’ with the lift located in the northeast positioned at the balcony measuring 6’1” x 5’7” is observed. Then, the door is located on northeastern side and is turned northeast, then comes the living hall measuring 13’1” x 19’ and the southwestern bedroom measuring 14’6” x 10’3” comes with an attached bathroom measuring 9’7” x 4’3” and a balcony measuring 14’6” x 4’1”. On the other side, we have northwest bedroom 13’2” x 10’3” featuring an balcony 13’2” x 4’1” and bathroom 8’5” x 4’3” attached, southeast open kitchen 14’8” x 10’ along with a dining hall 14’8” x 9’ this forms the 35 x 50 2bhk house plan.

 

Second floor

Second floor buildup area: 31’6” x 46’ = 1449 sqft."When finishing steps from south, there are stairs and the next point of interest is the balcony measuring 15’8” x 7’ with lift in northeast at balcony size 6’1” x 5’7” and then full of open terrace measuring 28’11” x 39’2” with store in northwest measuring 11’1” x 9’5” if viewed towards south.
