West-facing rental design is set on a 30 * 40 3d house and encompasses a 2BHK layout

The meticulously crafted rental house plan has a total area of 30 x 40 sq. ft and consists of two floors with 2 BHKs and 1 BHK on the ground floor, which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The ground floor has an expansive parking space vermasuing 22’10 x 14’2 which is conveniently placed for vehicle accommodation. The plschcon has its staircase on the north western corner so that it seamlessly flows up to the upper NHIcder floors, alongside the main entrance door in the northwest facing west, offering unhindered direct access. There is a living hall in the north frees with dimensions of 17’7 x 13’6 which gives a feeling of openness and captures a lot of fresh air. Right next to it is a 4’ x 3’6 pooja room in the northeast corner to cater to the spiritual needs of the customers. Then to the east, there is a dining hall of 9’ x 6’4 which is adjacent to the open SE kitchen of 6’1 x10’1 offering uncluttered spaces for movement and cooking.

 

The first floor contains a comfortable, fully enclosed private sleeping area situated in the southwestern corner of the building measuring 10 feet 2 inches by 10 feet 1 inch. The room includes an attached bathroom that measures 6 feet 4 inches by 3 feet 6 inches, complete with a shower for ease of access and privacy.

Unlike the ground floor, the first floor continues building on the design and operational structure established in the ground floor. Along with the stairs, the residents are welcomed into the passage’s entrance which is 11 feet 5 inches by 14 feet 5 inches. The main door remains stationed on the Northwest side, in the North direction, just like the the ground floor. The first floor living hall is also at the same dimensions as the ground floor, 17 feet 7 inches by 13 feet 6 inches, which maintains ample space. The pooja room at the Northeastern corner still has a smaller area of 4 feet by 3 feet 6 inches. The dining hall which also is an area of family activities measures 9 feet by 6 feet 4 inches. The southeast open kitchen which has been changed around a bit now measures 10 feet 1 inch by 6 feet 1 inch which offer more room at the top.

 

This section has two bedrooms: one in the southern part measuring 10 ft 0.5 in by 10 ft 2 in with a bathroom measuring 6 ft 4 in by 3 ft 6 in attached and a master bedroom in the southwest is 10 ft 0.5 in by 13 ft with an attached bathroom measuring 4 ft by 7 ft 6 in.

The second floor is a mirror of the first floor both in layout and dimensions for consistency and ease of movement. This symmetry adds to the effectiveness of the building and eases the flow of its architecture which is advantageous in the construction for residential or rental accommodation

 

Lastly, the terrace floor adds privacy and open space. Southwest corner has open floor space measuring 3 ft 10 in by 14 ft 8 in which can function as a store room . Above the store room is the open terrace with unobstructed view measuring 23 ft 11 in by 30 ft 9 in making it perfect for recreational and leisure activities like outdoor activities, gardening or even relaxing outdoors.

This configuration combines modern design and functionality to fulfill a variety of residential requirements while guaranteeing comfort in daily activities.
