This property to the West of 30’ x 40 house 3d plan, is designed as a G+3 floor building with 2BHK rental units on each floor. The ground floor has silts for unhindered natural airflow and cross ventilation. The design is well thought-out and balance’s comfort with usability greatly. Below is a plan we made considering the constraints we had at hand, along with requirements.
Ground Floor
The begging of ‘floor zero’, better known as the ground floor is meant to fullfil parking requirements. They have an area reserved for vehicle and it measures 9’8” x 144’ which is quite big. This guarantees vehicles will fit within the allocated space. The door is placed on the north in the northeast, so the car bay side is the way to enter the house.
When you walk inside the deisred property you are welcomed by an incredgily designed living hall on the more west and this measuring about 14’8 x 10’10. Rather ample aloowance more the big space. This multifunctional area remains served with utmost comfort to be the central space for relaxation and socializing. In the northeast head direction, there is also a residing bedroom which measures usefull 10’8” x 10’3. Which gives her a pleasant scape living resicoportunity away from prying eyes a durable stretching retreat. Now in the east pooja section within the floor there is a masionette and that measures to quiet room steps with three placards of 3'5" x 3'9". Additionally, the southeast section accommodates an open kitchen measuring 9’2” x 12’2” along with a common bathing area measuring 4’ x 6’9”. The master bedroom is located in the southwest, measuring 11’4” x 13’2” with an attached ensuite that mirrors the ground floor bathroom. This consistency largely simplifies planning for the users.
Second floor:
The second floor has an identical layout to the first floor; it has the same design features, size, and placement of the rooms as the first. This helps unify and streamline the design across the floors, but it also optimizes the building as an income generating rental property.
Terrace floor:
The terrace floor expands on the functionality and leisure options by adding more features. Practical storage is also offered in the term room located in the southwest section, which measures 13'2" x 5'6". The remainder of the terrace is an expansive open area measuring 24’6” x 27’6”. This part of the terrace is ideal for social activities such as recreation, sports, or outdoor view enjoyment, but this newly adds space is bolstered by practicality.
