The house is built according to vastu shastra and other specific features includes balcony cum utility areas, lift, utility spaces, and wardrobe along with family areas having unrestricted overhead view and also includes extensive parking.

The ground floor is designed with a servant room along with spacious attached bathroom. Lifts are also located at the parking spaces along with common toilets situated to the posterior of the lift.
