The plan of the residential building size is a duplex house plan for 30x45 site north facing and south is entrance. This is duplex plan with G+2 floor and Here ground floor includes utility area around 2’ and 1’6” length, parking area for bike or car standing and gardening and here main door lies in northeast, then living hall, dining hall with stair in east direction which moves along north south direction, and the 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 2’6” and 2’ length and the French dormer windows provide ample light into the room above the landing. As you come up the stairs from south there is head room at the top of the stairs, dedicated study room, 1 bedroom with attached bath, mini theater for watching movies and 1 bedroom with attached bath and balcony for gardening and outside view.

The second floor comprises an area of 2’6” and 2’ of ‘utility area’ which is situated in the south part and leads straight to the open terrace sitting region where activities like resting, gardening, or lounging can occur. The cleaning place for the washer's clothes for cleanliness is also present in this area. We also ensured that proper ventilation windows are placed for the proper light and air conducive to working.
