The dimensions of the Residential building's Plan are 35 feet by 45 feet while the building faces West. This is plan With G+3 floor and Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ length and parking for bike standing area and gardening area with stairs in southwest direction which moves along north south direction and here main door placed in north then living hall, open kitchen, dining hall with utility for laundry and custodial work, 1 common bathroom and 1 bedroom. The first floor has utility area around 2’ with two foot six inch length and after passing through the stairs located in the south which is the main view can be used as a vantage point showcases an unobstructed view over the room, is marked as passage leading to door, and upon entering the house, the main door is located to the North. Therefore, in the south, we have a large living hall, open kitchen equipped with an appended utility room designated for laundry and cleaning, spacious dining hall which also houses a pooja room, a common bathroom, along with the second bedroom that has an attached bathroom.

The second floor features an area of approximately 2' to 2'6" of utility space. Immediately upon descending the stairs from the southern part, there is a passage that leads to an entrance where main door is located on the northern side.
