The dimensions of the Plan of the Residential building is 35’x 45’ and it is oriented towards West. This is a G+3 plan structure poses as Utility Space enclosing about 2’ stretching and parking area designated for motorbike positioning enabling others to tend to the foliage along with the stairway situated in the northwest in which the movement is from East to West, and the here main door is located at North and opens to the living hall, open kitchen, dining hall along with an attached laundry and cleaning utility space, common bathroom, and one bedroom. First floor utility measures approximately 2 feet by 2’6” feet and is bypassed with access going up the staircase on the west side which followed by common access corridor which provides access down through the outer door enclosure reference door and holder position with key box focal position on the compass north so order of placement is living hall, open kitchen, which has connected fetching facility for washing and cleaning, dining area along with small shrine in the pooja room, an common restroom and one room with bathroom also another room that comes with ensuite collapsing balcony for planting and seeing outside.

Second floor utility measures about 2x2’6” and is followed by access on stair to west where common corridor leads to other door and Oriental door housing seat pointer relative true North so arrangement is hall, open kitchen along with utility room for laundry and cleaning, dining hall with pooja room, 1 shared washroom, 1 bedroom with ensuite, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony for gardening and outside view. After going vertically, we get into the level's passage from the stairs in the Western direction. The first point of interest is the passage region measuring 6' 11'' by 10' 6'' where doors are placed in the Northern direction, and then the living hall measuring 9' 2'' by 13' 2''. Open kitchen in southeast size 8'8'' x 7'2'' with attached utility reduced to 3' x 10'7''. Northeast is dining hall measuring 10'6'' x 6'11'' with pooja room 4'9'' x 6'11'' Southwest contains the bedroom measuring 16'6'' x 11'2'' attached with a bathroom 4'5'' by 7'2'' and balcony 17'2'' by 3'4''. From the stairs in the Western direction, we Enter the level passage measuring 6'11'' by 10'6''. Main door opened towards north allowing for accessibility to Living Hall measuring 9'2'' x 13'2‘‘. Open galley kitchen facing southeast also measuring 8'8'' x 7'2''.

Utility size 3’ x 10’7” and northeast dining hall 10’6” x 6’11” with pooja room 4’9” x 6’11”. Northwest common bathroom 7’2” x 7’2”. Southwest bedroom 16’6” x 11’2” with attached bathroom 4’5” x 7’2” and balcony 17’2” x 3’4”. South side bedroom 11’7” x 10’5” and attached bathroom 11’7” x 4’.
