This is a home plan for an independent 3 story building constructed on a 30 by 45 northern plot. The design aims to provide a modern adaption comfort and elegance. Ground floor contains a three shift parking lot. The house also includes a living area, single bedroom, kitchen which comes equipped with a dining hall as well as an attached washroom. The first floor comes with two additional bedrooms along with a study room, family hall featuring double height ceiling, balcony along with attatched washrooms. Terrace floor contains auxiliary bedroom alongside attatched washroom, small headroom, and allowance for cloth dryers.

A parking slot with measurements of 14’2’’ by 8’10’’ can be found on the ground floor. The main door is set in the North direction. The living hall holds 11’10’’ by 15’’, meaning it is generously spacious. The With measurements of 6’8’’ by 8’3’’ the dining hall is located in front of the kitchen which comes with 9’6’’ by 11’2’’ dimensions. The shortcomings include a bedroom with 9’6’’ by 11’8’’ floor dimensions and washroom measuring 4’6” in width without defined length. Ventilation comes due to setbacks of 1’8” for right and 1’9” for left side along with 1’6’’ at the back.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a study room. The southwest bedroom (master bedroom) measures 9’6” × 11’2”, and it has an attached washroom measuring 6’2” × 4’. The southeast study room measures 9’9” × 11’4”, while a family hall, cozy yet small, measures 12’ × 10’10”. A double-height ceiling in the family hall provides an overlook to the ground floor.
