This meticulously crafted duplex layout encompasses area of 35 x 40 duplex house plans east facing with vastu feet, making it G + 3 model, and it is Vastu compliant, facing East to harness natural light and airflow to its maximum potential. The pragmatism and grace featured in these plans gets the building G + 3 (ground plus three) configuration.

 

Ground Floor:

Our design allocates the entire ground portion into an expansive generous 34' x 39' infrastructure giving additional adequate area for vehicle placement. Their is a staircase located in the southeast corner which allows for vertical movement to other floors. Other floor features incorporate a Southwest bedroom that equally contains an attached bathroom of 12'3" x 11'10" and 4'2" x 7'8", also containing a common bathroom which will also be 4'2" x 7'8" for extra spacing augment convenience. .

 

First Floor:

Moving to the first floor, an exit corridor of dimension 18'11" x 7' is positioned in the front with perfect alignment in relation to the stairwell inviting the residents in a warm embrace. The Northeast bottom entry contains a main door located at the East direction, whilst facing inside the building. The position of the living hall on the first floor with 17' x 15'6" dimensions towards the Northeast section provides an adequately comfortable spatial experience for family coordination.

An open kitchen of size 7’10’’ x 10’4’’ is located to the southeast right next to the living hall and is in conjunction with the dining hall. It also features an attached utility area ideal for household chores measuring 3’ x 8’6’’. The southwest corner of this floor contains a bedroom equipped with an attached bathroom. The entire room measures 12’3” x 11’8’’ and the bathroom is 3’11’’ x 7’8’’. A shared/common bathroom for guests or visitors is available at the west section measuring 7’8’’ x 4’3’’, alongside a utility space measuring 8’9’’ x 3’6’’. The floor is also fitted with a utility closet/broom cupboard which adds to the functionality of this floor. The duplex staircase in the Northwestern part of the building allows access from the first floor to the second.

 

Second Floor:

Directly after the stairs is a family hall located in the eastern part of the house having dimensions 11’5’’ x 11’5’’. The space offers relaxation or bonding activities for family members. In addition to this hall, there is also a balcony that is quite big at 28’10’’ x 7’’ extending right off the hall which improves the outdoor experience. The northeastern corner is where the pooja room situated on this floor serves as a designated area of elevation and is 5’ x 4’’, making it a peaceful place for prayer or meditation.

This level has two bedrooms:

The first situated on the southeast has a size of 11’5” x 11’ and has an attached bathroom of size 3’11” x 8’7”.

The second is located at the southwest corner. It is larger than the first one at 12’5” x 11’9” and has an ensuite bathroom of size 4’3” x 8’1”.

 

Third Floor:

The last floor is topped with a head room of size 28’11” x 7’7”. This provides a multipurpose room for adaption to many purposes. Also, there is a bedroom on southwest side of the floor 12’5” x 11’7” with a bathroom ensuite of 8’ x 4’3”. The rest of the space on this floor is an open terrace with no partitions of size 28’11” x 18’6”. This is best used for recreation, social gatherings or when there is a need to relax in fresh air.

This duplex layout combines spaciousness and utility, ensuring comfort practicality, and modern design at every level which makes it suitable as a family home for all.
