The duplex plan outlined here is based on a 35 by 40 feet house plan which faces east, guaranteeing a warm and bright orientation for the residents. This design is spread throughout G+2 floors with a lift for easier accessibility and is a unique blend of modern engineering and architectural design.

 

Ground Floor:

The ground floor is mainly used for vehicle parking, which measures 34' x 16'5". The door which serves as the main entry, and is placed in the east, allows the residents to view the living areas. The kitchen is present inside the house in the southeast direction and is of dimensions 10'8" x 7'5" and also has a utility room measuring 6'6” x 6’11”.

The staircase is south facing and allows for unrestricted movement to upper floors. A dining hall is strategically located next to the staircase. The southwest direction contains a bedroom of dimensions 16'11"x10' with a 5' x 6'9" bathroom attached. Finally, a living hall measuring 10'9" x 10'5" is located in the northwest side of the house. This is intended for relaxation purposes and therefore cozy in nature. The house is fitted with a lift on the northern side which allows access to all floors in the house.

 

First Floor:

The first show the eye-catching open sky view in the middle of the staircase which enhances the design of the construction with natural lighting. The southeast bedroom is 9’11” x 12’2” with an attached bathroom of 4’4” x 7’4.” Northeast balcony is also available for the off region measuring 15’11” x 12’6.”

Additionally, there is another bedroom on the southwest side measuring 16’11” x 10’6” with an adjoining washroom measuring 6’9” x 5.’ To add to this, the family hall which measures 10’7” x 10’9” is positioned in Northwest which offers ample space for family interaction or leisure activities. The lift situated on the ground floor is on the North side, which guarantees easy access to all floors for the residents.

 

Second Floor:

In the case of the top floor, the first section is head room measuring 9’8” x 9’1,” which can function as a storage or multipurpose area. There is an additional bedroom in the southwest corner measuring 16’11” x 11’ which contains an adjoining bathroom of 5’ x 6’9”. Rounding off the unused portion is an expanse off open terrace measuring 28'3" x 12'6," ideally suited for relaxation, social events, or unwinding in the elements.
