The West facing Residential Building Wast Bandhu is designed in the West direction. This is a G+3 Floors Building with Ground floor having Utility area of around 2’ and 1’9” length and Parking area for bike standing and gardener. The stairs are in south-west direction and along the North South direction.In this part main door is placed in North then living hall, open kitchen, 1 common bath and 1 bedroom. On the first floor, with utility space of 2’ and 2’ 6’’ length after passing through the stairs from south direction and we have balcony for gardening and the out view.

From here the main door is in Northwestern direction. The living hall is with pooja room attached, open kitchen with utility for laundry cleaning, 1 common bath and bedroom with attached bath. On the second floor the utility space is around 2’ and 2’ 6’’ length withsouth side staircase and we have balcony for gardening and the out view, the main door facing the Northwest, Living hall with. Pooja room, open kitchen with utility for laundry cleaning, 1 common bathroom and bedroom and bedroom with attached bath.

The third level contains the utility section approximately 2’ and 2’6 to the right of the stairs on the southern part and then we have the open terrace for leisure activities like sitting, resting, and gardening; here we also included ventilation and windows to make sure we have light and air. One bedroom is located in the southwest measuring 13' x 10'10" with an attached bathroom measuring 6'9" x 4'8" and another bedroom is located in the northeast measuring 11'4" x 12'6".
